At S&A Essence Co, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products and want you to love every item you receive. However, if something isn’t quiet right, we’re here to help you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
Send us an email at snaessenceco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. We recommend trying smaller sizes first if you’re unsure of a fragrance.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders are made just for you, and as such, are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
Processing Refunds
If approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
